What Is Your Return Policy?
Želimo da budete zadovoljni svojim proizvodima i nudimo povrat narudžbi 14 dana nakon što su otpremljene. Ako iz bilo kojeg razloga niste zadovoljni svojom kupnjom, kontaktirajte nas na info@vitale.hr i mi ćemo učiniti sve što možemo da to ispravimo. Period od 14 dana počinje na dan kada je proizvod poslan, a povrat mora biti primljen u roku od 14 dana.

You are responsible for shipping, and we recommend sending your return with tracking to confirm successful delivery. If tracking is provided, the return will be processed sooner.

To qualify for a return, your item must be returned to us unused and in the same condition in which you received it, and a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notification. We will also inform you if the refund is approved or denied. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days. We do not refund donations to nonprofit partners.

Povrat i reklamacije

Kupac ima pravo vratiti električne uređaje u roku od 14 dana.

Uvjeti povrata (samo električni uređaji)

Proizvod mora biti vraćen u stanju u kojem je isporučen, uz:

– originalnu ambalažu

– sve kablove, dodatke i dokumentaciju

– račun ili dokaz o kupnji

Kupac snosi trošak povrata, osim kod reklamacije.

Povrat sredstava

Refundira se samo cijena proizvoda. Trošak dostave se ne refundira, osim ako je greška trgovca. Povrat sredstava izvršava se u roku od 14 dana.

Izuzeci od povrata

Povrat nije moguć za:

– proizvode fizički oštećene nepravilnim rukovanjem

– proizvode bez originalne ambalaže ili dijelova

– proizvode oštećene nakon preuzimanja

Povrat je jednostrani raskid ugovora

Kupac ima pravo raskinuti ugovor u roku od 14 dana.

Izjava se šalje na info@vitale.hr ili poštom na adresu sjedišta.

Prodavatelj potvrđuje primitak izjave e-mailom.

How Can I Track My Order?
Tracking service is not always provided by the carrier. If it is, you will receive a tracking number from us when you order through our website. You can use that number to track your package. If you have trouble tracking it, feel free to contact our support team, and they will help you.

Can I Cancel or Change My Order After It Has Been Processed?
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel or change your order once it has been processed. Contact us at info@vitale.hr, and we will help you process your order as best as we can.

Are Customs Fees Included in My Total at Checkout?
Yes, if you live in the EU. However, Vitale d.o.o. has no control over fees charged for international shipments outside the EU. Customs regulations vary, so if you have additional questions, please contact your local customs office.

Što može biti predmetom povrata?

Samo električni uređaji, 14 dana.

Što se refundira?

Vraća se samo cijena proizvoda, ne i trošak dostave.

Koliko je Jamstvo na električne proizvode.

Za električne uređaje vrijedi zakonsko jamstvo od 24 mjeseca. Kupac mora čuvati račun. Reklamacije se podnose e-mailom uz opis kvara i fotografije.
