To make the most of the RESPILON RWM 6.0 S filter — which we recommend cleaning at least once a year — we suggest installing it into removable screen frames that can be easily attached and detached from your windows or doors.

These frames are most commonly made of:

Aluminum profiles
Plastic profiles
Wooden battens

You can build and install the frame yourself using ready-made insect screen kits available in larger DIY stores (such as Pevex or Bauhaus). The profiles in these kits can be adjusted to fit the required width and height. Instead of mesh, insert the RESPILON filter into the frame and continue assembly following the included instructions. If you prefer wooden frames, you can cut pre-made wooden battens to size and fix the RESPILON filter using wide staples or adhesive.

Once assembled, the frame can be mounted onto wooden window or door frames using movable clips for easy removal and reattachment.

If you need multiple RESPILON-filtered frames installed in the Zagreb area, we can arrange on-site measurement, frame fabrication, and installation — by prior agreement.

How to Properly Install and Maintain the RWM 6.0 Screen?

Adjust the Size: We provide the screen in standard sizes, but you can adjust it to your door dimensions.
Maintenance: Wash the screen with clean water using a sponge or soft cloth every six months. Avoid harsh cleaning agents and sharp objects.
