No, you do not need an account to order from the website. Simply add your products to the cart and check out as a guest.

What Is Your Return Policy?
We want you to be happy with your products and offer a 30-day return on orders after they’ve been shipped. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us at info@vitale.hr, and we will do our best to make it right. The 30-day period starts from the day the product is shipped, and the return must be received within 30 days.

You are responsible for shipping, and we recommend sending your return with tracking to confirm successful delivery. If tracking is provided, the return will be processed sooner.

To qualify for a return, your item must be returned to us unused and in the same condition in which you received it, and a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notification. We will also inform you if the refund is approved or denied. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days. We do not refund donations to nonprofit partners.

How Can I Track My Order?
Tracking service is not always provided by the carrier. If it is, you will receive a tracking number from us when you order through our website. You can use that number to track your package. If you have trouble tracking it, feel free to contact our support team, and they will help you.

Are Customs Fees Included in My Total at Checkout?
Yes, if you live in the EU. However, Vitale d.o.o. has no control over fees charged for international shipments outside the EU. Customs regulations vary, so if you have additional questions, please contact your local customs office.
