Shipping:
All orders placed during regular business hours will be processed and prepared for shipment the same day if ordered before 2 PM, or otherwise, the order will be processed the next business day. Any payment authorization/confirmation, international customs checks, weather conditions, or public holidays may cause delays in your shipment.
Please allow the following delivery timeframes:
For orders within Croatia, it may take 2-3 business days to arrive.
For international orders, it may take 3 – 14 business days to arrive.
For all orders, please provide a valid phone number and email address, as we or the courier may need to contact you regarding your order/shipment.
Make sure you enter the correct shipping address. Once your shipment is dispatched, we cannot make any further changes, and we will not be able to process any refunds or resend packages. It is your responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is entered during checkout confirmation.
International Shipping
Delivery times may vary depending on distance, customs, and the courier. Customs may hold your package for further inspection. There is no guaranteed release date, and we cannot provide any details regarding this process.
The amount paid for the order does not reflect any import taxes. We are not responsible for customs/duties taxes your country may charge for your package. If you choose to refuse the package, only the amount paid for the items will be refunded once we receive the package back. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
